Yoko Says John Lennon Would Have Loved Lady Gaga and Facebook
. Ono and Gaga performed together in October during concerts commemorating what would have been Lennon's 70th birthday. Lady Gaga received some criticism for wearing a transparent stage costume at those shows, but Ono comes to her defense in the interview. "Lady Gaga has a very pretty bottom. She performed with me on stage wearing a see-through lace cat suit and people thought it was an insult because you could see her bottom. I'm the lady who did an exhibition of bottoms. How could hers offend me?" Ono also said that if he were around, Lennon would be an enthusiastic user of social media. "He'd love Facebook. He would love the way the world has changed. He'd love the Internet and Twitter. He'd be sending out pronouncements and messages and giving his opinion all the time on everything. He'd be 70 years old, but he'd want to know everything that was going on." Gibson.com is an official news provider for the Day in Rock. Preview and Purchase John Lennon CDs |
