. Outgoing Florida governor Charlie Crist headed the clemency board meeting, which as its final act in office pardoned the singer for events at Miami's Dinner Key Auditorium 40 years ago. But former Miami cop Angel Lago, a close friend of the officer who arrested Morrison, protested the move � even though his arguments had nothing to do with whether or not an offence had been committed.
