Heavy Paul McCartney Leak

. (Gibson) Paul McCartney's version of Buddy Holly's "It's So Easy," for the Rave On: Buddy Holly album has leaked on the Internet. Steve Marinucci of Examiner.com picked up on the hard edge to the cover and asked McCartney's guitarist Brian Ray about the track.

"Yes, we are playing and singing together as a band on that one," Ray said. "Very very fun session in New York City at Avatar with David Kahne."

The former Beatle had previously told Rolling Stone that he would like to do a "heavier rock" album with a garage band sound � thanks to Dave Grohl and Foo Fighters. Could this cover be a clue to what McCartney is looking for? more on this story
