KISS and Motley Crue Donate $100K To Batman Massacre Victims
. The bands told the crowd at their concert in suburban Denver on Wednesday night that they would donate $100,000 to the Aurora Victim Relief Fund. The fund was set up to help victims and families who were hurt when a man opened fire July 20 at a midnight showing of the new Batman movie in Aurora. Twelve people were killed, and 58 were injured. "The terror these innocent victims of the Aurora massacre must have experienced and the profound loss their families now face is unimaginable," added KISS frontman Paul Stanley. "We hope that our small gesture helps inspire others to band together in compassion and financial support for all involved in this unspeakable tragedy." more on this story hennemusic is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
