Thomas Rhett's 'Get Me Some of That' Video Stars His Wife and Fans

(Radio.com) Thomas Rhett is no stranger to radio hits. This year alone, two songs he's been a part of have gone all the way to No. 1 on the country charts including Florida Georgia Line's "Round Here," which he penned, and his own single, "It Goes Like This."

Rhett's latest single, "Get Me Some of That," was written by his father (Rhett Akins), Michael Carter and Cole Swindell. Released this week, the song's video brings the story of the song to life. Seeing a girl at a party he likes, the guy in the music video tries to approach her but is bamboozled by a friend.

Rhett's wife (Lauren Gregory Akins), whom he married last October, has a role in the video as well (at the end of the video, Rhett notices her from across the room). He also invited fans to sign up to be a part of his video, and in a behind-the-scenes video, Rhett said it was a really cool experience to allow fans to be a part of the Nashville filming. more on this story
