Black Sabbath Reveal New Album Details, Recruit Audioslave Drummer

(hennemusic) Black Sabbath have announced the title of their new album, "13", and that it will be released this June (exact date TBA).

Original Sabbath members Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler were joined at the recording sessions by drummer Brad Wilk (Rage Against The Machine/Audioslave) in place of the absent Bill Ward, who continues to sit out the band's reunion over a contract dispute.

Produced by Rick Rubin, the album will be released on Vertigo (worldwide) and Vertigo/Republic in the U.S. "13" marks the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees' return to Vertigo, the band's original label. more on this story
