Kelly Clarkson Debuts New Song
. Clarkson, of course, isn't new to country music she previously dueted with both Jason Aldean on "Don't You Wanna Stay" and Vince Gill for her song, "Don't Rush," but this was her first time playing a country music festival. "I've been nervous all day because I wanted to be good for you!" she told the crowd. On the new song, which seemed to win over the country fans, Kelly talks about her upcoming nuptials to fianc, Brandon Blackstock, who proposed in December. Clarkson sings about setting the date, hiring a band and cutting the cake. She then feistily sings, "Every wall needs a frame/Every ball needs a chain/ I'm talkin' about tying the knot/ Tie It Up." After the song, Clarkson let fans known they shouldn't read too much into the tongue-in-cheek ditty or the fact that she was mysteriously not wearing her ring during her set. "I'm secretly freaking out right now about where my ring is," she said. "I know Brandon is having a heart attack. Sorry baby, I love you! I got nervous about tonight so I probably took it off while doing something." Watch the video here. Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
