Kylie Minogue Launches 'Fashion' Book Stateside At Saks
. On Monday (June 17) evening, Minogue hosted a launch party for the book at Saks Fifth Avenue in New York City. Fans lined up all the way around the store's 8th-floor fine shoes department, mingling among the fall lines from Chanel and Dior, to meet the petite pop star and get their books signed. Minogue wore a black and sheer fitted mini dress by Emilio Pucci paired with Jimmy Choo heels. Prior to the public event, Minogue met with VIPs in the Cafe SFA, where Prosecco and hors d'oeuvres were served. In a press release, Minogue explained the raison d'tre for the book, saying, "This book charts my relationship with some of the most talented people in fashion throughout my career. It makes me very proud to see gathered together all the great designers and houses I've worked with over the years. Looking through my personal archives has been a real trip down memory lane, and it is the fashion that brings back moments and memories of the last twenty-five years. I can't wait to share this book with the world." More including photos and a video Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
