(Radio.com) Beyonce and Jay-Z are expecting their second child, according to an E! Online report. The entertainment network claims that "multiple sources exclusively confirm[ed]" the story earlier. All sources in the story are unnamed.

A pregnancy might explain the singer's recent cancellation of a show in Antwerp, Belgium on Tuesday due to "dehydration and exhaustion." This came after fans and pundits spotted what they believed was a baby bump in photos of her appearance earlier this month at the Met Gala (photos below).

If this news proves to be true, the future of Beyonce's North American leg of her current Mrs. Carter Show World Tour, which comes stateside on June 28 in Los Angeles and wraps August 5 in Brooklyn, might be in question.

Beyonce and Jay-Z's first child, Blue Ivy Carter, was born January 7, 2012. She, too, was conceived as Beyonce prepared to launch her 2011 album, 4. more on this story
