Most people know Lennon from her debut album, 5:30 Saturday Morning, which was released by Arista Records back in 2001. She now returns with It's War and their debut single and video entitled "Heart".

Lennon had this to say about the group, "This Band is definitely more me than any of my past projects. We have spent the last 3 years making sure the music from It's War was more powerful then any of its band members."
