Jimmy Fallon and The Muppets Take On The Band Classic

. (hennemusic) Jimmy Fallon wrapped up his final show as host of Late Night on Friday by teaming up with The Muppets to perform The Band classic, "The Weight."

Dr. Teeth And The Electric Mayhem were on hand to help Fallon end his 5-year run as Late Night host, following in the footsteps of David Letterman and Conan O'Brien.

"The Weight" originally appeared on The Band's 1968 debut album, "Music From Big Pink." Fallon will take over as host of The Tonight Show on February 17; his first show will feature guests Will Smith and U2. Watch the video here.
