. Vince has already asked for AFL approval of Las Vegas Outlaws as the team's name to join other clubs such as the Arizona Rattlers, Portland Thunder, L.A. Kiss (owned by a group that includes Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons of KISS), New Orleans VooDoo and Pittsburgh Power. Last month, Neil signed on as a part-owner of the Jacksonville Sharks of the Arena Football League.
