Metallica Release MusiCares Event Behind The Scenes Video

(hennemusic) Metallica have released some behind the scenes video of the band's May 12th appearance at the MusiCares MAP Fund Benefit honoring Ozzy Osbourne.

Footage includes the band rehearsing on stage and in the dressing room, plus clips of each of the four songs that made up their acoustic set ("I Just Want To Celebrate," "When A Blind Man Cries," "In My Life" and "Diary Of A Madman").

Metallica have just released the audio of their four-song acoustic set from the evening to help further raise funds for the charity.The 10th anniversary event saw Osbourne presented with the Stevie Ray Vaughan Award in recognition for his dedication and support of the MusiCares MAP Fund, and for his commitment to helping other addicts with the addiction recovery process.

The rocker joins the list of previous honorees including Anthony Kiedis, James Hetfield, Chris Cornell, Alice Cooper and Jerry Cantrell. Check out the video here.
