Riff Raff Releases New Diplo-Produced Song

(Radio.com) Riff Raff's new song "Kokayne" might explain how he has so much energy. The Diplo-produced track, off his upcoming debut, Neon Icon, is a hyperactive surf rock jam that has Riff Raff making coked-induced references like they're going out of style.

The rapper shouts out Dolly Parton's assets, Carson Daly's karaoke abilities and Chris Rock, who he says he is the white version of. That might just be the drugs talking, though, since he also claims he's charging twenty grand for a handshake and he's riding around town on a turtle shell.

Neon Icon is set to feature Mac Miller, Childish Gambino, Houston rap luminaries Slim Thug and Paul Wall, along with production from DJ Mustard, Harry Fraud and, of course, Diplo. The album's cover also features his pup, Jody Husky, who just so happens to have his own Twitter account.

His debut hasn't even dropped yet, but Riff Raff is already teasing his next release, tentatively titled Peach Panther, which he recently told Radio.com is coming out in June of 2015. While his color scheme for this album is Aqua-Berry, his upcoming album will be accessorized with something a bit more exotic. "Next year: Peach diamonds," he explained. "They ain't even come out yet."
