"Lynyrd Skynyrd's performances on December 2nd and 3rd at The Golden Nugget in Las Vegas have been cancelled," announced the band via their social media sites. "Johnny Van Zant has a family emergency of the greatest degree. Lynyrd Skynyrd looks forward to returning to The Golden Nugget in 2017. Please contact The Golden Nugget box office for refunds." No details regarding Van Zant's personal situation have been made public at this time.
