Justin Timberlake Recording New Music

02/19/2016
.
(Radio.com) Justin Timberlake is back in the studio making new music…for the upcoming Trolls movie. Swedish pop duo Icona Pop snapped a pic with the executive music producer for film.

They were in the studio recording a tune for the soundtrack, and Timberlake was on hand to oversee things. The group captioned the photo, "3 trolls in the studio."

Icona Pop has an upbeat, pop-dance feel that integrates heavier instruments, like trumpets, not normally associated with that particular sound. It seems like the perfect fit for an animated feature about a bunch of wild-haired dolls. See the photo here.
