TMZ has learned ... Scarlett's attorney -- legal pit bull Marty Singer -- has fired off threatening letters to various sites including TheDirty.com ... demanding that the sites remove the "stolen copyright protected private photographs" immediately ... or face legal action. Singer claims, "The highly personal and private photographs at issue capture our client self-posing in her own home in a state of undress and/or topless." And just to make sure he's perfectly clear, Singer concludes ... "If you fail to comply, you will be acting at your own peril. Please govern yourselves accordingly." TheDirty tells TMZ ... the site will adhere to Singer's request and take down the photos. As we first reported, Scarlett's people have contacted the FBI over the photo hack and the feds are investigating. more on this story

The ex-Baltimore Ravens defensive superstar has just filed new documents in his child support war with his ex-wife Marlene in the hopes of lowering his $11,000 per month obligation. In the docs, Chris -- a 1st round NFL draft pick in 1999 who played in the league for 10 years -- states, "I have been unemployed since 2009. I have no income." He adds, "I live in my parent's home. My parents provide me with my basic living expenses as I do not have the funds to do so." McAlister was a KEY member of the Ravens when they won the Super Bowl in 2000 ... and even got himself an interception during the big game. McAlister was only married to Marlene for 13 months -- but she claims Chris ended the relationship in 2009 when she got pregnant and refused to get an abortion. more on this story
Four pictures have been leaked, including two which show Justin -- one, laying shirtless in a bed, and another in which J.T. is jokingly sporting a pair of pink panties over his head. Kunis is not featured in either of the pics. There's another photo of Mila in a bathtub, but all you see is her head. And then there's another photo of a male which is explicit in nature, although his identity is a mystery. There are also some texts and the hacker claims they reveal exchanges between Justin and Mila. As we first reported, we're told Scarlett Johansson is going to the FBI today after nude photos of her that were hacked from her cell phone were published this morning. We could not reach Kunis for comment. more on this story
The 2011 Grand Slam for Children will take place Saturday, October 29th at Wynn Las Vegas and will be hosted by tennis legend and philanthropist Andre Agassi. The event supports the Foundation's efforts to transform education and benefits the Andre Agassi College Preparatory Academy, a tuition free K-12 public charter school in Las Vegas which provides children with a first-class education.
It all dates back to an incident in 2007 -- when Francis took out the marker at the Wynn Las Vegas ... and failed to pay it back. Wynn reported the incident to officials ... and the State of Nevada later charged Francis with theft and drawing and passing a check without sufficient funds. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, prosecutors admitted Francis HAD enough cash to cover the marker at the time -- but before Wynn tried to collect, Joe's accounts "may have been frozen by the government in connection with a federal tax prosecution." Therefore, the court ruled prosecutors could no longer move forward with the case because they couldn't prove Joe "intended to default on the marker" ... a required element of the charged offenses. In fact, the evidence shows Joe PROBABLY would have paid the money back ... if he could've. TMZ spoke with Joe ... who tells us, "I think it is absolutely disgusting what Steve Wynn and his cohorts tried to do to me." He adds, "I have now been found innocent by a Las Vegas judge and a court of law, and I am so happy to put this behind me ... but you better believe I will go after Steve Wynn personally and the Wynn casino for every dime this has cost me." more on this story

Simon just scored a huge victory over his former nanny and his former driver -- who both accused the NBA owner and his wife Bui of treating them like crap and cheating them out of a TON of cash. Today, the court tentatively found that the Simons were not only in the right -- but the judge implied they are the most GENEROUS bosses ever ... who showered their former nanny with gifts like diamonds, iPods, Prada sandals, cash and even a MERCEDES ... out of the goodness of their hearts. The accusations against the Simons were ridiculous -- with the nanny claiming the couple tried to embarrass her when they hosted a dinner at a fancy restaurant and failed to propose a toast to her pregnancy ... and ultimately fired her for being knocked up. The judge didn't buy her story one bit. As for the driver -- the judge noted that he constantly fell asleep in court ... and was hardly believable as a witness. The judge also noted how WELL he was treated by the Simons ... who also got a bunch of gifts as well as a $7,500 bonus so he could buy a new car. Bottom line -- next time the Simons are hiring ... APPLY, APPLY, APPLY!!! more on this story

Dave Holloway filed the petition back in June for presumption of death -- a legal declaration that a person is deceased in the absence of hard evidence ... provided the person has been missing for five or more years. In the petition, obtained by TMZ, Dave rehashes the entire heartbreaking case -- beginning with his daughter going missing in Aruba back in 2005 during a high school graduation trip. Despite an "exhaustive investigation," Dave claims he is no closer to finding his daughter after all this time and he's ready to call it quits -- adding, "It is my firm, however painful, belief that my daughter Natalee is deceased, and not a runaway." But it's all still up in the air, pending a hearing later this month to decide whether Dave's petition will be granted ... but it seems like a sure thing. more on this story
Lyric: The 4:45 Through Remembrance is the first 'full story' song I've ever written. Beginning, middle, end, etc. But the appeal of the song comes from what's not said. Yes, there's a narrative, our character, while traveling on a train through rural landscapes and backyards sees ordinary objects and happenings that emote extraordinary reactions. So much so that he eventually suffers a near panic attack before being brought back to the surface by the loudspeaker of the train, reminding him of his dimension. Why? What has this guy been through before he got on the train that day? It's a bit like a good scary movie rule of thumb - 'don't show the bad guy. That way, the unknown is automatically the worst case scenario for each viewer.'
It personifies it to the point where everyone can relate in the comfort of their own terms. Music: Musically, which atypically came after the lyric, I knew I wanted something similar to a soundtrack. Something to mirror and enrich the emotions of our character. Several parts were needed. So I went through each stanza or section and found exactly the color that each situation needed. I originally wrote it in C major, then transposed it a half-step up to C#, just to give it a bit of a tense edge. Live: I like to throw a piece of music right into the end of the dream section, what I might imagine our character is listening to that day. Just as you would stare off into a dream or fall oblivious to your surroundings having been caught in a song or piece of music. Right now, it's Debussy's Claire De Lune, which might be my all-time favorite melody Hearing is believing. Now that you know the story behind the song, listen for yourself and learn more about the album right here!
