Lindsay Lohan's Probation Revoked
Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is facing up to eight months in jail after her probation was revoked on Wednesday.

Lohan has been on probation for a 2011 jewelry theft case and she was arraigned for several misdemeanor charges stemming from a traffic accident in June, according to MTV.

In the accident, Lohan struck a truck on the Pacific Coast Highway while driving her Porsche. She told police that she was not driving but investigators believe that she was and she has been charged with reckless driving, giving false information to a police officer and obstructing or resisting a police officer in the performance of his duty.

Due to the new charges, her probation has been revoked and she is now facing up to 245 days in jail as a result.

Lohan is due back in court on January 15th.

"I'm a big fan of Rick James," The Game told Jenny Boom Boom from Hartford's 93.7. "I thought I would put him on my album cover and put a rag around his neck and put him in Jesus's clothes. Everybody thinks that's Jesus but that's Rick James. Why are you offended?"

Ne-Yo is already working on his follow up to R.E.D. Although he gave no hints on what we can expect genre-wise, he assured us it will be quality as always.

"With this next album I am just going to go in and do whatever I feel like. Whatever comes out, comes out. The music is who I am," he said. "I am never gonna give anything to you that is crap… I am always gonna give you quality. It will just be quality of whatever genre I feel like. Rick Ross Doesn't Blame Gang Threats For Tour Cancellation
Rick Ross is blaming the cancellation of his tour on the promoter and not on the gang threats that were received.

Billboard carried a statement from Ross where he explains, "I canceled the rest of the tour due to the promoter was really not handling his business. He canceled a date of mine. I was going to Tuscon, Arizona and I was really a few hours outside of the market when I heard. I believe it was Tuscon, this was a week and a half ago," he said.

"And I let the dude know how we move and just to communicate a little better. So I woke up and realized that two more dates had been canceled. I felt like that was some power I needed to take away from homie, so I canceled the rest of the dates." There was also big news about his record label.

Frank Ocean Radiohead Cover Met With Indifference
Among the many attractions at last week's splashy Spotify press conference with Lars Ulrich of Metallica and Glassnote Records CEO Daniel Glass (who announced a new Phoenix album for 2013), alternative R&B star Frank Ocean performed a short set during which he offered a brief cover version of Radiohead's 1995 single, "Fake Plastic Trees."

The understated performance was the culmination of the extremely exclusive event, with a majority of the music industry-heavy audience seemingly oblivious to Ocean's nod towards Thom Yorke's famous band, given the audible din of conversations in the background.

The cover continued in Ocean's tradition of performing abbreviated cover versions in concert. more on this story
