Tone Loc Collapses On Stage

The "Wild Thing" rapper was performing Friday night at The Moody Theater in Austin, TX ... when he suddenly hit the deck mid-performance.

Loc's manager tells TMZ ... the inside of the venue felt like it was over 100 degrees, which caused the rapper to fall. He was immediately helped off stage, given water and cooled off for 30 minutes before returning to finish his set.

According to tweets from numerous eye witnesses however, the rapper weirdly performed the exact same songs as before the fall.

This isn't the first time Loc has taken a nose-dive mid-concert. In 2009 he was rushed to a Florida hospital after collapsing on stage and in 2011 he was hospitalized in Atlanta for exhaustion after another mid-rap fall. more on this story

Drake Not Facing Arrest

There was a report out Saturday morning that Drake will be arrested for reckless endangerment for allegedly hurling a bottle that hit no one ... but we're told not only is it not true, cops have "no suspects, complaints or arrest warrants at this time."

According to the report, a single witness allegedly told cops Drake threw the bottle. Chris Brown's attorney, Mark Geragos, who has been vocal since the incident, claims he has evidence Drake threw glassware, though he has not been specific.

The report says unless Drake agrees to surrender by next week, he will be arrested during a concert at Jones Beach. We have confirmed with law enforcement this is NOT true. more on this story

Criminal Complaint Filed Against Jersey Shore Star

As we previously reported, a guy named Justin Vigerito (above) was drinking with Ronnie and Jwoww's BF last Friday at a place called Bamboo Bar in Seaside Heights, NJ. According to Justin, his friend Devon tried to join the party ... but someone from the "Shore" crew shoved him in the back, starting a huge brawl.

Justin said he went to help his friend -- and Ronnie clocked him in the face ... before punching him several more times. (Ronnie's been telling friends any punches he threw were in self-defense.)

Now, Justin has gone to cops -- filing a criminal complaint against Ronnie and his buddies. Seaside Heights police are investigating the incident.

But it's all bad news for Ronnie -- who enrolled in an 18-month pretrial intervention program last year, stemming from his last violent Shore encounter in 2009, when Ronnie allegedly punched another guy in the face.

The program will allow Ronnie to avoid assault charges from the 2009 incident -- but only if he completes his required community service ... and keeps his nose clean.

Unfortunately, punching another guy isn't exactly keeping your nose clean. more on this story

Jail Too Hard For Michael Jackson Death Doctor?

But here's the crazy thing -- unlike Mayweather, Murray's not asking for house arrest (he knows that will never happen) ... Murray's asking to be sent to PRISON, where he believes he'll get better care.

Murray's lawyer tells TMZ, he wants to serve out his time in the big house because he's being treated like filth in L.A. County jail -- getting fresh air once a month, and fresh underwear once a WEEK.

As a result of the alleged deprivation, we're told Murray's health is failing -- his hair, nails, and skin are gnarly ... and he's been suffering from a constant headache over the last few weeks.

Murray says he's never gotten headaches in the past -- and is worried it might be a brain tumor.

We're told Murray asked to see a doctor, but got shuffled around and has received no medical attention.

Murray told his attorney, Valerie Wass, "I may not make it out of here alive. This is a very dangerous place. I'm in here dying. The system is intent on killing me."

A rep for the L.A. County Sheriff's Department tells us, the department doesn't comment on pending cases. more on this story

Lindsay Lohan Was Found Unresponsive In Hotel

Sources tell TMZ ... Lindsay had been shooting almost non-stop without sleep for 2 days and was staying at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Marina del Rey to get some shut eye. She has been shooting parts of her movie near the hotel.

We're told someone became alarmed because they could not wake her up and the person called 911.

Paramedics responded, and determined nothing was wrong with Lindsay. They left without transporting her to the hospital.

Lindsay is back on set shooting her Lifetime movie, "Liz and Dick." We're told Lindsay wasn't feeling well after complaining of exhaustion, she called someone from the "Liz and Dick" production team early Friday morning, and the team sent a private doctor to check on her. Before arriving, the doctor called the hotel and asked someone to check on Lindsay. Someone from the hotel went to her door, "checked on her" and determined she was "unresponsive." The hotel then called 911. more on this story

Nicole has reportedly already served as a stand-in judge during the show's May auditions; the UK series will air its new season in August.

NFL Star Pacman Jones Ordered to Pay $11 Million for Strip Club Shooting

Pacman had been sued by Aaron Cudworth and Thomas Urbanksi -- two security guards who were shot outside Minxx strip club during NBA All-Star weekend back in 2007.

The incident was widely reported -- things went crazy inside the club after the NFL star made it rain with hundreds of dollars in singles. According to reports, Jones got upset when one of the dancers began taking the money without his permission.

A fight ensued outside the club ... and three people were shot ... including Cudworth and Urbanski.

The security guards sued Pacman over the shooting -- even though he was not the shooter.

Moments ago, a Nevada jury found Jones to be responsible for the shooting and awarded Cudworth $1.3 million in damages. Urbanski -- who was paralyzed from the waist down in the incident -- got $9.6 million.

Urbanski's wife sued for loss of marital relations and won $750k.

At the time Pacman pled no contest to misdemeanor conspiracy to commit disorderly conduct -- and was sentenced to 1 year probation and 200 hours of community service. more on this story

Chris Brown and Drake Bar Fight Victim Plans Legal Action

Javier Solano, a lawyer representing a woman named Lucy Pavlovsky tells TMZ his client was in the VIP section at W.i.P. Nightclub when the fight went down. He says Lucy ducked down when the bottles started flying and didn't notice her arm was cut -- "gushing blood," in her words -- until she was making her way out of the club.

Solano says Lucy took a cab to the nearest hospital, and got a total of 12 stitches to close up two cuts on her arm -- and also got a tetanus shot.

According to Solano, Lucy was interviewed by NYPD officers on Friday ...who said they were gathering evidence for a possible criminal complaint.

Solano says Lucy's lawsuit would be against the club -- but hinted Drake and/or Brown could be included, saying ... "At this moment we are exploring all options on who will become a defendant.

He added, "I can assure you that regardless of fame, money or stature, the people responsible will be held accountable." more on this story

Shaunie O'Neal Surprised By Basketball Wives Firings

As TMZ previously reported, three major "BB Wives" were canned recently -- Jennifer Williams, Royce Reed and Kesha Nichols.

But Shaunie is telling friends, despite the accusations, the cuts were NOT made by her. Sources close to Shaunie (who is also an executive producer on the show) tell TMZ she was blindsided by the news. We're told Shaunie says the production company leaves her in the dark about everything after she butted heads with them over the violent direction the show was headed (i.e on-air brawls and cat-fights).

According to our sources, Shaunie is upset over the current situation and wants Shed Media (the prod. co.) to know ... she is willing to walk away from the series if it becomes something she no longer believes in. more on this story

Off Air Judge Judy Dog Fight

The dogfight involves Kari Whitman -- who runs the Ace of Hearts pet adoption agency in L.A. The other woman is Teresa Gardenhire ... a former doggy foster parent.

The two squared off on an episode of "Judy" that was taped May 23 -- after Gardenhire claimed Whitman owed her money for taking care of an Ace of Hearts dog while the org. searched for a permanent owner.

Judy ruled for Ace of Hearts ... but after the show, Whitman claims Gardenhire began a campaign of harassment ... and even made violent threats.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, Whitman claims Gardenhire warned her, "Watch your back bitch" and threatened to steal Whitman's dogs in retaliation.

Whitman was so frightened, she filed a request for a restraining order -- claiming "[I am] afraid the threats will become real actions."

Gardenhire tells TMZ she's the real victim -- claiming she thought she had adopted the dog she had been fostering ... and claims Ace of Hearts stole it. Gardenhire even filed a police report.

A hearing on the restraining order is set for June 28. As for the dog in question, we're told it has already been adopted by another family. more on this story

Mary J. Blige's Charity Loan Shouldn't Have Been Made?

As TMS previously reported, the Mary J. Blige and Steve Stoute Foundation for the Advancement of Women Now was sued by TD Bank ... after taking out a $250,000 loan in June 2011 and only managing to cough up $400 by the agreed upon December deadline to pay back the money.

Now the foundation is firing back at the suit ... claiming if the bank had done their job correctly, they would have realized the group was knee deep in debt already and never should have been loaned the money in the first place.

Furthermore, the foundation claims the woman who actually signed for the loan had no authority to do so ... which is just one more reason they never should have been granted the loan.

Mob Wives Star Visits Mafioso Father In Prison

Sources close to Renee tell TMZ she and her 18-year-old son AJ hit up the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn last week to visit her consigliere father. Graziano is serving time for extortion and racketeering charges because Renee's ex-hubby ratted him out.

According to our sources, Renee felt embarrassed by her ex's betrayal and that's why she went so long without seeing her dad.

The three spent a little less than an hour at the prison catching up and we're told Papa Graziano was especially happy to see his grandson. more on this story

Dennis Quaid Passes Field Sobriety Test During Traffic Stop

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Quaid was pulled over in Marina del Rey for a stop sign violation when the officers decided to conduct a DUI investigation.

We're told cops determined DQ was not under the influence of anything and sent him on his way ... without so much as a ticket for the stop sign thing.

Seems like a small price to pay to get out of a moving violation. more on this story

Myla Voicemail To Kris Humphries Made Public

Sources say ... after photos of Myla and Kris began leaking, Kris broke off all contact with her. Myla became enraged after trying in vain 17 times to reach Kris and then called one of his friends.

Myla left a message, demanding that Kris stop stonewalling her and return her calls. Myla says, "If he's going to play me like that, I have way more sh*t I can put out."

The voicemail does not show alleged extortion on Sinanaj's part, as Humphries claims. Nonetheless, we're told Kris' lawyers gave it to the FBI when they made their extortion complaint.

Myla's lawyer, Joe Tacopina, tells TMZ, there was no evidence of extortion and unless Kris and his lawyer apologize immediately they will both be on the receiving end of a defamation suit.

Tacopina says Myla was indeed angry when she read that Kris was calling her a "booty call." Tacopina says hundreds of emails and text messages show Myla and Kris were in a "substantial relationship," with Myla meeting Kris' parents, helping his sister shop for furniture for her new apartment and spending many evenings together at home cooking meals. more on this story

Judge Won't Allow Chris Bosh To Take His Daughter To Olympics

TMZ broke the story ... Chris asked the judge to give him the green light to take her to London to watch him play -- a move his baby mama Allison Mathis was fighting because of possible terrorism.

The judge mulled it over and has now sided with Mathis -- refusing to let Bosh take their daughter overseas. It's unclear exactly why the judge ruled against Bosh.

The judge said the couple is still free to hash out their own agreement outside court -- but we're told Mathis is refusing to budge ... so that's that. Sorry Bosh. more on this story

According to documents filed by the California Employment Development Office, CWebb owes the state for unpaid taxes from the last few months of 2008 and all of 2009.

The initial amount was for $81,427.36, but with $25,874.56 in penalties and $11,629.05 in interest ... the former Sacrament King now owes $118,930.97. more on this story

Strip Club Threatens Octomom

TMZ broke the story ... Nadya Suleman was scheduled to go topless July 11-14 at T's Lounge in West Palm Beach, FL -- but she pulled out earlier this month because one of the strip club's employees bashed her on TV ... calling Nadya "a little crazy."

But T's Lounge isn't taking no for an answer -- and now, a lawyer for the club has fired a letter off to Octo's camp, claiming Nadya failed to give the club written notice of her cancellation, so if she doesn't perform as scheduled ... the club will sue.

For her part, Octo's rep tells TMZ, T's Lounge can go pound sand -- saying, "Nadya will not be appearing at this club in July or in the future."

The rep adds, "Nadya felt defamed and was in fear for her life to step into a club where they have already set a negative tone."

Nadya has retained an attorney to go after the club for defamation. more on this story

Sophie Monk Seeking $900K For Car Crash Damages

TMZ broke the story ... Sophie sued driver Delvinder Sing Bains back in April, claiming the guy caused her severe injuries when his Ford Explorer collided with the Prius she was riding in.

Sophie was seen being rolled around in a wheelchair soon after the accident -- and according to the lawsuit, the crash cost her a fortune in medical bills.

Now, she's putting a number on her damages -- at least $900,000, plus loss of earnings, costs of suit, medical bills, and more. more on this story
