Schwagstock 2005 at beautiful, scenic Camp Zoe in Salem, MO. It's time to go and we don't know where Al Al Ingram, our beloved bass player, is. I asked a young festival goer and his gruff response followed: "Who wants to know?" Delivered in the style of some tribal warlord's secret service agent, the boy's words left an impression on me. When I told him I was in the band and it was time to ease on down the road to the next gig, he just said "Come with me." His demeanor softened slightly. I followed my hempen clad helper across a river, up a trail, and into a cave which overlooks the Current River. When I entered the ancient, natural shelter, the scene I witnessed was unforgettable. Before we go any further, I'd like to say that I joke around quite a bit, but this here is no tall tale. This is an accurate account of the events which occurred following Scwagstock 31. Al Al, like the very image of buddha himself, perched full lotus on a thrown of natural rock amidst belly dancers playing zills (finger cymbals), tribal drummers ... I think one of his freshly ordained disciples was feeding him grapes and fanning him with palm fronds... incense, wine, and candles; a freaky scene indeed. "Al Al, there's someone called 'Greg' here to see you." Al Al responded silently with one nod that clearly said "Very good. Let him pass." As Al Al uttered his benediction and followed me from the cavern, women wept, babies were held, ... I thought I heard the sad sounds of a ritualistic goat sacrifice in the distance... even grown warriors were seen releasing tears. Al Al had achieved a state of Ayurvedic bliss, understanding, and sublime consciousness. He had had a good night. "Shadows & Sunshine" was created that night. The lyrics follow: "Conceived in the shadows; now take it. Pushed out from the shadows; now take it. You will fear no darkness; now take it. You will fear no darkness; now take it. You were born from the fire; now take it. Revived by the fire; you can feel it. You shall fear no darkness; now take it. Revived by the fire; now feel it. You were born from the fire; now take it. Revived by the fire; I can feel it. You fear no darkness; now take it." Hearing is believing. Now that you know the story behind the song, listen for yourself and learn more about the album right here!

Maestro Williams is a loyal and passionate fan of the Red Sox and Fenway Park, and his music has had a long-time connection to the team and ballpark. A portion of the 2005 Opening Day Ring Ceremony, celebrating the first Red Sox Championship in 86 years, was set to a John Williams medley that featured the "Main Theme" from Star Wars, "Raiders March" from Indiana Jones, and the "Theme" from Jurassic Park, performed by musicians from the Boston Pops. Williams' music was also featured prominently during the 2008 Opening Day Ceremony as players received their World Series Rings and the second World Championship banner in four years was hoisted to the composers "A Hymn To New England," performed by the Boston Pops Brass Ensemble. That opening ceremony also featured the "Main Theme" to Superman, "Throne and End Title" from Star Wars: Episode IV, and "Raiders March" from Indiana Jones. more on this story

Turner also agreed to pay Rasheeda $6,000 a month. TMZ obtained a copy of the "wardrobe guidelines" from Cirque Lodge in Utah -- where Sitch is currently undergoing treatment for substance abuse -- and according to the doc, Cirque bans muscle shirts, sleeveless tops, ripped jeans, hats, sunglasses, and all clothing with obscene language. In other words -- 99.999% of Situation's clothing collection. The guidelines also specify "no abdominal exposure" -- a rule intended for the female population -- but given the guy's claim to fame ... it clearly also applies to Mr. Sitch. According to the rules, Situation also must avoid accidental thong exposure -- but let's cut the guy some slack ... more on this story
According to a lawsuit filed earlier this month in Texas, Roman agreed to become a spokesperson for Crme De La Crme Hair. In the lawsuit, Crme says part of the deal called for Roman to "have an appearance on VH1's 'Basketball Wives' where she will discuss her hair line with the [Crme's] owners." But according to Crme, Tami bailed on every attempt they made to coordinate their appearance on the show. The final straw for Crme came last month when Roman was supposed to promote Crme at a hair show in Atlanta. They claim Roman showed up as planned with a "BB Wives" film crew ... but was there promoting her OWN line of hair in competition with Crme. They also claim Tami's manager instructed the crew not to film anything Crme. Crme is suing for damages in excess of $75,000 and they want the footage shot for "BB Wives" pulled from the show unless it's edited to feature them. more on this story
