Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Bobby was pulled over in Reseda, CA at 12:20 PM PST for allegedly driving while talking on a cell phone. Whitney Houston's ex-husband already has a DUI conviction on his record stemming from an arrest in Georgia in 1996. He eventually pled guilty to DUI and served 8 days in jail. Law enforcement sources tell us ... cops believe Brown was DRUNK at the time of his arrest. Brown was booked for driving under the influence and for driving with the blood alcohol content of .08 or higher. more on this story
In case you're not one of Bieber's nearly 19 MILLION followers -- the singer randomly Tweeted a phone number earlier this month with the caption, "Call me right now." But the number was missing the final digit ... leading hordes of teen girls to guess what it might be. The tweet was later deleted, but the damage was done. As a result, two people in Texas -- an older woman named Dilcie and a man named Kent -- claim their phones have been ringing off the hook non-stop ... and now, they've lawyered up to force Bieber to pay for his actions. The lawyer tells TMZ, her clients' patience "wears thin" after receiving over 1,000 phone calls at all hours of the day -- and they want compensation for all the problems Justin caused with his "reckless" behavior. Scotty is thrilled about the reunion with his American Idol family. "That was my launching pad and what gave me my platform to do what I am doing now," he says. "I am looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and spending some one-on-one time with the contestants. I can't wait to give them some advice and the ins-and-outs of the competition that I learned last season." The homecoming will be even more special with the performance of "Water Tower Town" because the song reflects his life in Garner, N.C. "'Water Tower Town' is my Garner song on the album, my hometown song," he says. "It reminds me of Garner, which has a big water tower right across from the baseball fields where I grew up playing ball. It has a lot of elements in there that remind me of Garner. The first lyric in the chorus is, 'Friday night football is king,' and that is true in Garner. Everybody stops what they're doing in Garner to go to the game. It was tough on me missing some of the games being out here on the road, but I was able to make it back for a few. The song says, 'Sweet tea goes good with anything,' and that is all we drink back home. All of the lyrics really relate to my hometown." more on this story
The film has spun off a viral video based on Rihanna's no. 1 hit single, "We Found Love." The mashup features clips from The Hunger Games trailer, Rihanna's track and lyrics based on the Katniss-Peeta relationship in the Suzanne Collins novel. watch it here.
Sources tell TMZ, the number was removed shortly after she died -- after scores of prospective hotel guests called to request the room. A rep for the hotel tells us, the number was removed because the room has been taken out of circulation. So far, there are no plans to make the room available to future hotel guests.
The black and white clip for "Gang Bang" is a continuous montage of images, set to the song's pulsating beat. During her Facebook interview with Jimmy Fallon over the weekend, Madonna said she had wanted Quentin Tarantino to direct the clip. "That's who I was thinking about when I was writing the song," Madonna told Fallon. "I was picturing one of his movies, and one of the female characters." Check out the new video here.
"One Finger shy of the peace sign"-- I had that phrase written down in a notebook about seven times. It was circled three times. So I had thought about that one line for a long time. I could never figure out how to write the rest of the song though. Then one day I was talking to my friend and co-writer Tyler Hayes (along with Scott Ledger). She was going through a RE-break up ( you know...when you've broken up several times but it just never takes). He would always worm his way back in. She needed a big goodbye. A finale. One final "F U" and she could be done. She needed a plan. And I was just the one to help her, especially since I already had the perfect line to get us started! Now, we are sweet, Southern girls, and there are certain rules of etiquette that must be followed for the big... goodbye. The big... I-never-wanna-see-you-again-and-this-time-I-mean-it. The big... well, you get the idea... Rule number 1: You don't scream "F**k You, you stupid A** hole!" while making crazy hand gestures in the middle of your yard in the middle of the night, no matter how bad you want to. (The exception to this rule would be if there was alcohol involved in any way leading up to big event, then all bets are off, just deny it later.) Rule # 2 : Slam him with sarcasm. You SAY you are not coming undone and that you've got nothing but love THEN you tell him he puts the F U in fun (and imply that he shouldn't worry his pretty little head about it.) Rule# 3: Smile continuously. It scares them a little and makes them wonder what might be coming next. Rule # 4: Say one thing while doing another. Example: SAYING you aren't trying to fight, KNOWING that is exactly what you are doing. Again, throwing them off their game is key when going for the big ending. Rule #5 : And the most important rule of all... sweet Southern girls are always innocent. I mean, after all ...all you are doing is saying goodbye (just one finger shy of the peace sign). Sources tell us ... The L.A. County District Attorney is satisfied Lindsay completed the terms of her probation. As a result, the D.A. will accept the L.A. County Probation Department's report that Lindsay has complied with all the terms of her probation. We've learned the D.A. will have no objection to Judge Stephanie Sautner terminating Lindsay's probation in the Beverly Hills DUI case. As for Lindsay's other little problem -- the jewelry heist -- we've learned the L.A. City Attorney sees no reason why Lindsay's formal probation -- requiring her to regularly report to her probation officer and the judge -- will be changed to informal probation, meaning as long as Lindsay keeps her nose clean she is off the hook for misdemeanor theft. Lindsay is in court Thursday, and we'll be livestreaming. She will walk out with virtually no strings attached to her freedom. Well, there is one string. To get off informal probation, she must obey all laws for the next 2 1/2 years. more on this story

The woman's name is Christina Cho -- and she has a history of staging dramatic anti-fur protests in PETA's name. Back in 2010, she grabbed the mic from Donna Karan at a Women's Conference event in NYC, condemning the use of fur in fashion PETA reported on the protest -- referring to Christina as a "PETA member" and "superstar activist." Christina even won an award from PETA in 2010 for her work for the organization. Christina's younger sister Michelle is a top PETA official in L.A., who credits Christina with leading her to PETA and a life of activism. more on this story
TMZ broke the story ... Gia was arrested for assault Saturday morning after a violent incident outside of a nightclub. Now, we've learned ... witnesses told police Gia had been fighting with multiple MEN that night ... including people she had been partying with earlier that evening. Law enforcement sources tell us ... when cops arrived on scene ... one of the men told cops Gia chomped down on his arm during the ruckus ... and he had a nasty bite mark to prove it. After talking with witnesses and viewing the bite mark ... cops decided to arrest Gia for assault and battery in the 3rd degree. She was eventually released on a $2,130 bond. more on this story
According to the Federal complaint -- obtained by TMZ -- Eva D. Weinberg and Michael A. Stern were busted last week after a lengthy investigation revealed how they "conspired to defraud victim D.F., a professional football player." According to the docs, Weinberg is a financial advisor at Bank of America who worked with Freeney, controlled several of his accounts, and eventually introduced him to Stern ... who is also a financial advisor. The feds claim Weinberg and Stern did major damage between May 2010 and October 2011 -- making $2.2 million in fraudulent transfers from Dwight's accounts to Arms Reach Consulting -- a company controlled by Stern. Freeney finally noticed one of the bogus transfers in 2011 -- according to the docs -- and also discovered Weinberg and Stern were dating. Freeney got suspicious and called the FBI ... which launched an investigation. One FBI investigator says some of the items Weinberg and Stern purchased with Freeney's cash include expensive sunglasses, stays in luxury hotels, and -- best of all -- they planned to buy a private jet for $1.5 million! Feds say they tapped Stern's phone and heard him bragging ... "no one would be able to connect him to the [consulting] account if the wire transfers were investigated." Clearly he was wrong ... agents arrested Weinberg in L.A. and Stern in Miami. Both were charged with wire fraud. more on this story

Bieber had some fun with song's launch, tweeting about its release: "yo @iTunesmusic I'm trying to romance 19 million ladies with my music. You are kinda screwing this up for me. LEGGO! #boyfriendonitunes"
Sources very close to Cissy tell TMZ ... she believed her daughter was completely sober while shooting the movie "Sparkle." But Cissy says as Whitney got closer and closer to the Grammys -- where Whitney would make her comeback move -- she fell prey to the drug. Cissy is saying hearing that Whitney was using again is like reliving her death -- it's that painful. more on this story
Iverson filed a motion to dismiss last week in his pending divorce case, claiming he and his wife Tawanna had temporarily reconciled from November 2011 to February 2012 -- and had "resumed their marital relationship, cohabiting, having sexual relations and holding themselves out as husband and wife." According to Iverson, that's enough for a judge to throw out Tawanna's divorce petition -- on grounds the marriage isn't "irretrievably broken" ... as she had claimed. It's unclear if Iverson actually wants to get back together with Tawanna -- the former NBA player's legal move might simply be an attempt to delay paying support. Sources close to Pauly D tell TMZ his team became worried very early on last week that the venue, Louie's Backyard, was not properly equipped to handle the crowd. We're told Pauly D was assured extra security was being brought in to help out. According to our sources, the stage Pauly D performed on was supposed to have a few feet of room between it and the fans. But as you can see from the photo above, that didn't happen and the stage became surrounded ... with some fans even trying to climb the stage. When it came time to leave, our sources says Pauly D had to be escorted out by about 15 security personnel and police, and he still had his shirt ripped by the mob of fans. more on this story
It all went down at an event for the Make-A-Wish foundation, which was captured by a crew for his upcoming documentary "Once In a Lifetime: Rock vs. John Cena" ... set to air Monday on USA. Sources tell TMZ, it all went down the morning after St. Paddy's Day -- a housekeeper at the Wyndham Hotel entered a hotel room occupied by 31-year-old Marty York (aka Yeah-Yeah from the movie) and he appeared unconscious. When the housekeeper tried to wake him, she couldn't. So, she called security, thinking York was dead. The hotel called 911 and in-house medical staff rushed to the room -- only to find York was actually just hungover ... sleeping off a night off heavy drinking. more on this story
TMZ has learned ... investigators gave the car a full body inspection to see if it had any signs of damage that synched up with allegations she struck hookah bar manager Thaer Kamal last week and then fled the scene. Sources tell us Kamal's lawyer, Mark Geragos, has told Lindsay's lawyer ... in addition to striking Kamal, surveillance video shows she struck two cars. There are multiple witnesses who say the allegations are all BS ... and claim Kamal is making up the whole thing in a shameless cash grab. And sources say ... the surveillance video does not show Lindsay's car striking either a car or a person. Although both Lindsay and Kamal had initially refused to speak with cops, we're told they have both had a change of heart. more on this story
TMZ broke the story ... Francis "Coyote" Shivers is currently being investigated for allegedly violating the restraining order last Tuesday -- after showing up to the same Hollywood sushi joint where Pauley and her fiance were having dinner. But Francis -- an actor in his own right -- tells us, it was a total accident ... he and his current wife have been eating at Shintaro for years ... and when they arrived, the host sat them right beside Pauley and her fiance. Francis says he even Tweeted his dinner plans that night. According to Francis, Pauley's fiance saw him and "aggressively" got out of his seat to have it out -- at which point Francis whipped out his cell phone to record any potential confrontation. Cops were called -- but Francis and his wife decided to leave the restaurant before they arrived. Francis tells us he plans to file a police report against Pauley's fiance. more on this story
