Glee Star Accused Of Sexual Battery
Glee star Mark Salling is being sued by an woman that claims he committed sexual battery by forcing her to have sex with him without a condom, according to TMZ.

The site reports that the woman, Roxanne Gorzela, claims in her lawsuit that she began dating the actor in September 2010 and the incident occurred in March 2011 where she did consent to have sex with him but only if he used a condom. She claims he proceeded against her protest, according to the report.

The woman then reportedly went to the actor's home a month later and found him with another woman. TMZ reports that Gorzela says she demanded on the spot that he prove that he was had no STDs and he allegedly responded by grabbing her and pushing her to the ground. Roxanne says she went to the cops and filed a police report the same day.

Yahoo's omg! was told a different story by sources familiar with the incident. "The night this supposedly happened she first broke down his door to get in. There is a witness who was there who can testify to this," the source told them. "Mark would never and has never abused a woman in anyway."

"There is no truth to this," Salling's rep told omg!. "It's the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star's success. We turn the rest over to Mark's attorneys and have no further comment."

Salling reportedly called police the day Gorzela allegedly broke into his home and the actor filed a complaint with police. His legal team are planning to file a countersuit, according to omg!'s sources. You can read their full report here.

Barbara Walters Injured in Fall
Veteran TV personality Barbara Walters was taken to a hospital on Saturday night and treated for wounds suffered from a fall.

Walters was visiting the British Ambassador's residence when she fell on a stair and cut her forehead, TMZ reports.

Jeffrey W. Schneider, senior vice president of ABC News, tells POLITICO, "Out of an abundance of caution, she went to the hospital to have her cut tended to, have a full examination and remains there for observation. Barbara is alert (and telling everyone what to do), which we all take as a very positive sign."

Justin Bieber Ear Damage Lawsuit Dropped
A woman that filed a lawsuit against Justin Bieber over the volume of his frenzied fans at a concert has dropped her case against the popstar.

The woman, Stacey Betts, filed the lawsuit against Bieber last year, alleging that at a 2010 concert the popstar incited the crowd into a such a frenzy that the volume of the audience's screams caused her permanent ear damage, reports TMZ.

The woman filed legal papers to drop her case, where she was seeking $9 million in damages. She was did not have an attorney according to the report.

Samuel L. Jackson Covers Taylor Swift Hit
(Radio.com) It may not be a full, true cover song, but superstar Samuel L. Jackson performed a rather poetic version of Taylor Swift's "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" on a radio show in the UK.

A listener called in to request the song while the famous actor was being interviewed, and he decided to perform his own version.

Blake Shelton Plots Ten Times Crazier Tour
(Radio.com) Blake Shelton announced that he's embarking on a major North American tour this summer that he's calling the Ten Times Crazier Tour.

"This summer is going to be a blast," Blake said in a press statement released today. "I want everyone at my shows to leave feeling like they got every penny's worth of their ticket. I am going to give them every ounce of me on that stage because they deserve it. My fans are die hard country fans, they love to laugh and have a good time and I'm going to join them in what truly will be the Ten Times Crazier Tour."

The tour kicks off July 19 in Virginia Beach, Virginia and runs through Oct. 5 in Wichita, Kansas. Supporting Blake during the tour will be Easton Corbin and Jana Kramer. more on this story

(Radio.com) It's been less than a year since Kenny Chesney released his 2012 album Welcome To The Fishbowl, but last week he announced he's already got a new one ready to go. And he's even set a date for the release.

Electric Daisy Carnival Headed To The Midwest
(Radio.com) EDM festival Electric Daisy Carnival will descend on the Midwest when the wildly popular annual rave sets up shop in Chicago over Memorial Day Weekend 2013.

Produced by Insomniac Events, EDC will take over the Chicagoland Speedway May 24-26. The Chicago edition of EDC will be the first (and only) one to offer attendees the option of overnight camping adjacent to the event.

The Lumineers React To Grammy Noms and Remember Dylan Soy Bomb
(Radio.com) When The Lumineers attended the GRAMMY Nominations concert last month in Nashville there were a few clues that led them to believe they might receive a nomination.

"We were at the nominations ceremony and we found out because there was someone with a camera right in our face right before they nominated us," Wesley Schultz confessed. "So we were pretty sure that we were in that category at that point because they had us sitting in the audience."

Though the band's not sure they'll actually be in attendance at the Grammys, they reflected on one of the show's most memorable moments from 1998.

"There's a Bob Dylan performance where he gets soy bombed by a man who comes out [with] 'Soy Bomb' written on his chest," Neyla Pekarek said. "I think Dylan handles it so well too he keeps going, it's great. It's very respectable."
