Bieber fans are in an uproar over the photo Posted by @JocelynnBieber, which Jocelynn initially explained to followers as "IM DYING HAHAHAHHAHA IT LOOKS LIKE JUSTIN'S TOUCHING MY BOOB IN THE PICTURE AHAHAHAHHA I CANT." The fan actually snuck into the meet and greet for the opportunity to have a photo taken, which she shared with Justin; she says she told him that and "he was like 'aw swag! Let's do this thing' and we took a picture." Jocelynn added, "I whispered that it was my 2nd time sneaking in & he kissed me on the cheek in the picture & it looks like his hand is there." After getting flooded with questions by fellow fans, Jocelynn explained, "Let me clear this up for people who can't read, NO I did NOT ask Justin to touch my boobs." See the photo here.
"Chris Brown is not wanted but he will be questioned," Los Angeles County sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore confirmed to Radio.com. "He's not an outlaw. It is a misdemeanor battery case." On Sunday police arrived at Westlake recording studios in West Hollywood to investigate a 9-1-1 call about the brawl. "There was a minor scuffle outside a recording studio over a parking space," Whitmore explained. "We don't know what happened, it is an ongoing investigation." Mr. Whitmore also confirmed Ocean's desire to press charges. "Yes he does [want to press charges]. All it means is that he wants it to go forward with the investigation." There were no major injuries, according to Mr. Whitmore, "just some minor scrapes." A lot more details here.
In an interview with MTV News, T.I. confirmed the rumor that the three are collaborating on Timberlake's The 20/20 Experience. "I spoke to JT. Me, him and Tim was on the phone," T.I. said. "I did a record for them at the end of last year. They were working on a record together, and I had the pleasure of assisting them on their particular record." T.I. further revealed that the track is called "Goodbye Homey" and that it's about saying "goodbye to something that is very special to you." "Not necessarily a person; it could be a time of your life, it could be an experience, it could be a relationship, it could be a friend who's passed on. 'Goodbye Homey,' it has so many meanings and definitions," he said. "So when you hear it, you absorb it, and then whatever it means to you is what we intended." more on this story
As reported in the Salt Lake City Weekly, Love's January 21 set (which was only announced 12 hours in advance) was heavy on older Hole favorites like "Malibu," "Northern Star" and "Miss World" next to more recent songs like "Skinny Little B-," from the band's 2010 full-length, Nobody's Daughter. Love's version of the Jay-Z song was the show's most unexpected moment, with the singer performing the song as an acoustic ballad, accompanying herself on the guitar. "It either sucks or it's genius, I don't know," Love told the crowd before launching into "99 Problems," barely recognizable until she reached the title-quoting chorus
"I'm trying to develop it with my husband, who does all the music for 30 Rock," Fey explained. "And I think Paramount's onboard." Fey is so sure that the studio will say yes to the musical, she's already started thinking about who should star in the project. After seeing Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj fight it out Mean Girls-style on American Idol (Mariah even claimed she was no Regina George), she thought the "Heartbreaker" singer would be the perfect choice for Regina's mom, originally played by a pink-sweat suit clad Amy Poehler in the 2004 movie. more on this story
Lohan had been staying in New York but took a late night from JFK airport to Los Angeles and landed around midnight. She had originally planned to skip the court appearance and obtained a doctor's note but a TMZ report apparently spoiled those plans. They report: Lindsay had no intention of showing up in her lying-to-cops case and got a doctor's note which was filed with the court, saying she couldn't fly because she had an upper respiratory infection. But then we posted pictures of Lindsay shopping and smoking in SoHo the very day she got the doctor's note. We're told Lindsay went into a panic after we posted our story Tuesday and started calling everyone to find out if we were right ... that the judge would probably issue a warrant for her arrest if she didn't show. Our Lindsay sources say she was pleading with Shawn Holley -- the lawyer she fired -- to come back on the case, saying she didn't like her replacement -- New York lawyer Mark Heller. Read the rest of their report here.

Ross lost control of the vehicle during the incident and crashed into an apartment building. Sources close to Ross tell TMZ ... the rapper had been getting threats for a while ... but he wasn't too concerned. But we're told Ross considers the shooting to be an "eye-opener" and will do whatever it takes to keep himself safe. Read the TMZ report here.

Since a photo is worth a thousand words, the Internet has come up with nearly as many different meanings for the shot. Some say she's looking for people to just leave her alone already. Can she just move on and get ready for the Super Bowl without having to worry about people talking behind her back? Others say it pokes a little fun at lip-sync gate, asking whether or not she'll actually be singing live during the half-time performance. She might also just be a supportive wife, since the question is also the title of a Jay-Z song off his 1996 album, Reasonable Doubt. In other photos from Bey's Super Bowl rehearsal she is also seen sporting a Brooklyn Nets tee shirt and hat, the basketball team Jay is part owner of. more on this story
"His mom was like 'You know, I'm gonna be 60 soon. I'm not gonna be able to chase around kids' and I was like 'whoa,'" Jordin tells Hollyscoop exclusively at the SAG Awards. Jordin isn't really on board for marriage YET, she also says kids are a long way off too. "When it happens it'll happen," Jordin says about having kids, "I definitely want to be married first and be with somebody I know I'm gonna be with forever. But I love kids. I would love to have a couple of my own one day." So cute. In the mean time, Jordin says she and Jason are just working on their long distance relationship, which is a job in itself. "Well we have a long distance relationship so we really have to make the time we have together countcommunication is really key like, 'I really didn't like it when you said that' or 'maybe we can try this and go to this movie at the same time?' I would definitely say compromise and communication for sure." more on this story
"I have wanted to design my own fashion label for a very long time," says the pop superstar. "This has been something I wanted to do ever since I started loving fashion. Every time I saw something on a rack there was something I wanted to do to change it, and so I thought that the only way I could do that is by designing the perfect thing for me. Rihanna explained why she chose to work specifically with the retail outlet. "Teaming up with River Island, designing clothes for young women who have young and sassy personalities, that's what I wanted to do," she says. "It's casual, it's chic, it's flirty. Style is definitely inspired by my mood." Watch the video here.
Lending credence to our seemingly impossible dream is Phoenix's 2010 headlining performance at New York's Madison Square Garden, where Daft Punk thrilled the audience by appearing onstage unannounced to perform versions of their hits "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger" and "Around the World" as well as Phoenix's own song "1901," much to the delight of the audience. The connection between the two acts goes back years, with Phoenix guitarist Laurent Brancowitz once playing in a band called Darlin' with Daft Punk members Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Daft Punk allegedly turned down "a gigantic sum of money" to headline this year's Coachella festival, which doesn't necessarily rule out a cameo appearance during Phoenix's set. more on this story
Building a base of real rock fans hit high gear when The Black Keys asked them to open a series of concert dates last October. "This is the thing, people that like licks, also like dance hits," joked Tegan in an interview. But according to Sara, rock's not the only genre they'd like to conquer. Although the duo recently collaborated with dance maven David Guetta, Sara said she'd even enjoy working with the masters of metal, Mastadon, proving the girls are truly up for anything. Heartthrob marks the Canadian duo's seventh studio album. "Heartthrob really fit for me because I loved the concept. I idolize the people that I date," says Tegan to the Warner Sound. "I truly put them up on a pedestal and so it really resonated with me." The happy pop sound may be misleading to many as Tegan explained to HuffPo, "this is probably our saddest, most heartbroken music ever. We just experimented with the pop music sound, but the songs aredevastating. It's so sadbut whatever" more on this story
"No, she's not my cup of tea," he admitted. "She's a nice girl and seems really lovely." During a recent visit to B96/Chicago they asked Olly how he felt about breaking the news of Haylor to the world. "I don't think I broke it. I just was asked in an interview who I would snog, marry and avoid. They gave me three people of the Grammys and Taylor Swift was in it, there was P!nk and there was someone else. I said I would have to avoid Taylor Swift," he explained. As for confirming Taylor and Harry's relationship to the world, Olly denies his role. "C'mon, they were seen walking holding hands! So, I just presumed," he said. "I felt really bad about it. I was like 'Wow, I didn't expect this to blow up!' In a couple places in America on Twitter they were like 'Oh my God!'" Last month Olly Murs confirmed the news that One Direction's Harry Styles was in fact dating Taylor Swift during a game of Avoid Marry Snog. more on this story
The "C'mon Let Me Ride" singer recently revealed to Radio.com how her music career began. "I grew up making music with my mom," Skylar confessed. "We made three albums by the time I was 14. Folk music, kids songs. And then I went solo because I was like, 'It's not cool to sing with mom anymore.'" Skylar explained that this taught her a great deal. "I got a lot of experience from doing that with my mom because I had to learn a lot as a young kid," she said. "How to be on when I felt like crap. How the show always must go on, no matter how bad things are. How to be professional. As a little kid I learned all that. So that was great." The 26-year-old has come a long way since sharing the stage with her mom. Now she's putting the final touches on her upcoming album Don't Look Down which is executive produced by Eminem. Renee asked Ben about a comment that George Clooney made at the Golden Globes about Ben working for cheap: "Clooney said the only reason he hired you was because you were cheap. Obviously we know he's a bit of a prankster, but after winning your Globe and all these awards, I'm guessing you're not so cheap anymore." Ben: "I'm gonna try to stay cheap enough to keep working with George and those guys cause they really make cool movies." Ben's ex Jennifer Lopez was also excited for Ben's Golden Globe honor, she told Ellen she was really happy for him. Ben's reaction, "She's a good person. It's always nice to see her and that's very nice of her to say. more on this story

Sunday at the SAG Awards in Los Angeles, Hollyscoop asked Hugh which fellow actor has him starstruck and he told us, "John Travolta." Interesting choice, we did not see that one coming, especially since Hugh starred opposite John in the 2001 film Swordfish. This isn't the only surprising news to come out of Hugh's mouth recently. Hugh just told UK newspaper The Sun, that his wife Deborra-Lee Furness likes him to dress up in costume sometimes. "She likes me coming home in costume because it makes her feel like she's having an affair," Hugh revealed. He didn't specify which costumes his wife likes, only that she likes it when he comes "home in costume," so, do you think he ever dresses up like his celebrity crush John Travolta? more on this story
