(BW&BK) On second thought, Ozzfest is not coming to the Twin Cities area. The 10th annual traveling heavy-metal tour had been postponed from Aug. 7 until to Sept. 10 at Float-Rite Park in Somerset, Wis., because namesake OZZY OSBOURNE was having throat problems.Late Tuesday evening, organizers canceled the September date, which was to have been the last on the Ozzfest tour, because too many of the bands are unable to appear then in Somerset.
