On Tuesday police officers approached two men who were arguing, after requesting ID from one man, an envelope fell from his vehicle containing a suspicious white powdery substance.
The driver of the vehicle, Hugo Palomino sped off, while a police officer hung from the vehicles window, reports AllHipHop.
Palomino's car hit another car and then smashed into Dash's Mercedes. Dash was not in the car at the time, but reportedly ran outside shirtless to asses the damage caused. [see full story for more]
