Music for Airheads
Luck Media & Marketing reports: Truly living out the lyrics to their 1982 pop classic “Sweet Dreams,” Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock—principals in the famed 80’s hitmaking duo Air Supply—celebrated their 30 year partnership in 2005 with a couple of exciting firsts. Earlier in the year, they released ‘It Was 30 Years Ago Today,” their first live DVD Recording, to great acclaim. They are currently capping that off with The Singer and The Song, Air Supply’s very first all-acoustic project.

Russell and Hitchcock originally made the exclusive recording available only to “Airheads,” their affectionate term for their legions of fans worldwide. Now, it’s available to the general public via their website www.airsupplymusic.com. The Singer and The Song features the duo’s familiar cavalcade of hits (including “All Out of Love,” “Lost In Love “The One That You Love” and “Making Love Out Of Nothing At All”) done as vocal-guitar duets, recorded in one take each with no overdubs.

The collection also features “Yours Truly,” their popular crowd-pleasing song from their 2000 album of the same name, and “Love and Other Bruises,” Air Supply’s first big Australian hit from the late 70s.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story
