But, the original footage went mysteriously missing five years ago and has since been found in the archives of Denver City Council. The council apparently claims that they bought the tapes off an employee of Wurpel for a mere $3,000.
Apparently, Denver City Council says that they will only return the tapes once Wurpel's ownership has been authenticated. [see full story for more]
