Recently, Tawn's sister, Cara, sent e-mails to several KNAC.COM people describing her sister's dire need for a liver transplant due to an advanced case of Hepatitus C, and a plan to put on a "major concert" to raise needed funds for her sister.
The first, of what will likely be a series of benefit concerts is taking shape in Southern California. Tentatively it's being held at Martini Blues in Huntington Beach on July 28th. Bands said to be on board so far include and Lights Out. Donate Life will reportedly have a rep there. More definate information on this and other events will be forthcoming here, on a website currently under construction at TawnMastreyBenefit.com[see full story for more]
