Love’s grandmother, Paula Fox, had a brief romance with Brando in the 1940s, after she was introduced to the actor by acting coach Stella Adler.

Love’s mother, psychologist Linda Carroll, reportedly claims that she has taken DNA tests to prove that Brando is her father. Although she hasn’t specified where she came up with Brando’s DNA. 

Kerrang! Quoted Courtney as saying, “I am incredibly shocked by this news. I have heard Mr Brando has more than 30 children so I can't imagine how many cousins I have." 

For his part, the 79 year old actor acknowledges fathering nine children. 

Seattle PI reports, “Stranger things have happened -- to Love. She discovered last year that she is the great-grand-niece of actor Douglas Fairbanks Sr.” That discovery was made when her grandmothers memoirs “Borrowed Finery,” was published in 2001. 

Seems the Love family likes to keep tight-lipped about star relations, that is until they write a book. This Brando revelation comes to light reportedly from Courtney’s mother Linda Carrol, who has an unpublished book of her own.
