Tentative dates for the tour were announced back in late January and the lineup was announced last month. We have listed both below.  

Organizers are releasing presale Internet tickets tomorrow (March 6th). Here is the official announcement followed by the line-up and tourdates. 

The 2003 Vans Warped Tour nationwide internet on-sale is taking place this Thursday March 6th at 6PM PST/ 9PM EST. If that wasn't enough, If you purchase your Vans Warped Tour tickets between March 6 and March 12th via the internet, you will automatically be entered to win a BACKSTAGE pass and a copy of the Warped Book: Tales of Freedom and Psychotic Ambition. 10 lucky winners will be notified via email on March 20, 2003.
