Ladies and Gentleman, Caesars Palace is pleased
to present Mr. Elton John!
Thats right, Elton John is the latest singer
to join the ranks of Vegas showman. John has signed a three-year, multi-million
dollar deal with Caesars Palace that calls on the pop singer to perform
75 shows in the city of sin.
Elton and his band will begin a series
of 5 show engagements in February at the Caesar Palace Colosseum and will
reportedly rake in more than $50 million when all is said and done. He
is reportedly filling in the calendar for Celine Dion when she takes a
break from her three year engagement at the casino.
The first engagement will run February
13th-22nd. Tickets for those shows go on sale tomorrow (Wed 10-22) and
will set fans back $100 to $250 each.
