(antiTainment) Super-star actress Julie Roberts
was hospitalized this past weekend according to a report from People Magazine.
Roberts was reportedly taken to the hospital after experiencing early contractions.
She is seven months pregnant with twins.
People reported on Tuesday that Roberts
is still in the hospital for observation but the early contractions have
subsided and she and the unborn boy and girl are doing well.
There is speculation that she will be confined
to bed rest for the remainder of her pregnancy. She is due to deliver in
January. This will most likely mean that Roberts will not be on hand to
promote her two upcoming feature films, " Closer" (due Dec 12) and "Oceans
Twelve" (due Dec 10).
