Here is what they had to say: I just wanted to let you know how much we F**King appreciate you helping us out with everything. With our new record, EMBRACE THE GUTTER, we have seriously had it with the music scene. We are doing everything in our power to bring real metal back. Everywhere you look now, whether it be MTV or online, you see nothing but the same F**King bullshit over and over... It has become more about the look than it has about the music. It's been more about purposely writing songs about topics just because they're guaranteed to sell. IT'S PATHETIC!
Well, the time has come for a F**King change... If you're fat, F**King embrace it. If you're horribly skinny, embrace it; if you party hard, embrace it. F**K WHAT THE MAINSTREAM IS TELLING YOU! As a human, you have no expectations to meet, and everyone right now (the majority of the music scene) is doing nothing but trying to keep things cool and not cross any boundaries... Well, love us or hate us... we're saying, "F**K YOU!" F**K YOU TO ALL OF THEM, F**K THE BANDS WHO FOLLOW THE TREND! F**K THE KIDS WHO FOLLOW THE TREND... IT'S TIME TO WAKE THE F**K UP...
It's sickening, and we as a band want to change it and start a movement of our own... The Sex Pistols destroyed it in the 70's, GNR did it in the 80's and Pantera did it in the 90's, amongst a few others... Well, I'm not saying we're nearly as good as those bands, or ever will be, but we are willing to take the heat and be that band for this period of time...
Everyone, and bands especially, are way too politically correct. They're afraid to say exactly how they feel because they're afraid of losing fans and sales... Well, we are a band that will never bite our F**King tongues... We're sick of it... I'm sick of it... and we're out to bring back dirty, honest, raw heavy metal rock and roll... F**K looks, F**K being pretty, and F**King being anything but yourself... BE YOURSELF and if it makes people mad, THEN F**K THEM! We will spit in the face of the F**King bullshit that has become the modern predicament...
I believe there are a lot of people who feel the same way we do. Well speak up and become part of this, and let's make our F**King voices and point heard. WE HAVE THE BEST FANS IN THE F**KING WORLD... We will always put you guys before anything. Anytime you see us we will hang out. You can have our beer, do our drugs, and eat our food… If you're not into that, you're more than welcome to be yourself and hang out either way - we're open to everyone - just be yourself. If you feel the same way we do right now, then gather your friends who feel the same and let's F**King BRING IT BACK... Let's bring back real F**King metal rock and roll! F**K the rest. Thank you guys! Your support will forever mean the world to us, and we will always go out of our way to make you all have a good time and be part of everything we are part of. BOTTOMS THE F**K UP!
