(PR) S/R/E Recordings/Columbia Records band Disciple returns with their major label sophomore effort Scars Remain - in-stores nationwide on November 7th. Filled with hard-rock and metal anthems and power ballads, it's a heavier, meatier album than their previous self-titled release. In the rock and metal scene, everyone displays power and volume. DISCIPLE goes beyond that and also displays their eclectic style. From the chugging rhythms and muted licks exploding into a powerful riff of squealing harmonics on the title track to the political statement via head-banging guitars in "Game On" and the rock ballad of "After The World," complete with acoustic guitars, DISCIPLE leaves no genre omitted.
