(Yahoo) To help celebrate the release of John Mayers new album, CONTINUUM, Yahoo! Music has teamed up with the singer/songwriter for a special promotion that honors the compassion and kindness of ordinary people. As part of the campaign, Yahoo! will donate $10 to the charities of Mayers choice for each 30-second original video that users submit showing themselves changing the world for the better.
From cleaning beaches to honoring 9/11 victims to rescuing pets, users can submit a video of themselves performing a generous act by uploading clips to Yahoo! Video at http://video.search.yahoo.com/ and emailing the video link to WaitingOnTheWorld2Change@yahoo.com. Each week, Yahoo! Music will feature select videos from the pool of submissions on its site.
