. (PR) Bryan Scary and The Shredding Tears perform �campy pop-horror" theatrics for national tour this summer in support of debut album The Shredding Tears. Scary�s debut album The Shredding Tears, named after his backing band, (Get that? The band is Bryan Scary and The Shredding Tears, and the album is The Shredding Tears � whew!) is an hour-plus 15-track concept album that shifts from 60�s psychedelia to glam rock to chamber pop to progressive rock to musical theatre, all rolled into one. �As a vocalist,� says music journalist George Graham, �Scary is also impressive in his range and chameleon-like ability to put on the nasal twang of a John Lennon, layering on sweet falsetto Beach-Boy-style parts, and dropping down for some low vocals, and even tossing off a momentary Bob Dylan imitation.�
