Great White Manager Parole Set - A Top Story This Week

(antiMusic) Great White's former manager who lit the pyrotechnics that caused the fatal fire at the Station Nightclub in Rhode Island that killed 100 people has been granted parole that will take effect in March, meaning that he will have served less than half of his 4-year prison sentence.

The state parole board voted unanimously to grant Daniel Biechele early release, the board's Chairwoman Lisa Holley told the Associate Press.

Biechele was sentenced to 4 years after pleading guilty last year to 100 counts of manslaughter for his part in the deadly fire at the night club in February of 2003 which took 100 lives include Great White guitarist Ty Longley.
