The Kinks To Pack Reissues With Rarities

. (Gibson) The Kinks are set to re-release several of their landmark '60s and early '70s albums with a slew of unreleased goodies for fans.

Set for release on March 28 are the first three Kinks albums: Kinks (1964), Kinda Kinks (1965) and The Kink Kontroversy (1965). Arthur (Or the Decline and Fall of the British Empire) (1969) and Muswell Hillbillies (1971) are set to follow in May, with Face to Face (1966) and Something Else by The Kinks (1967) scheduled for July.

All of the re-releases will reportedly feature rarities, outtakes, session tracks and expanded liner notes. more on this story
