Never Shout Never's Carter Hulsey Announce Relief Efforts For Hometown of Joplin, MO
. "Joplin is my home. It is the place where I find comfort and rest. The tornado that hit our community was not only devastating to the city's prosperity, but also the lives of the victims. My greatest hope is that after the cameras leave, we will not be forgotten. I love this city and plan to stand by its side until it is completely restored and livable. We are all encouraged by the help we've received. Thank you everyone." - Christofer Drew/Never Shout Never Drew has teamed up with The United Way Joplin Relief Fund and hopes to raise 1 million dollars for the town: When you text JOMO to 50555 to donate $10 to the fund. 100% of proceeds goes towards the immediate and long-term recovery in Joplin. To increase awareness, Christofer went around Joplin this past weekend with his video camera and edited together a montage of the destruction. The video features the never before heard NSN song "Time Travel." Check out the video here. Next week, Never Shout Never will have a new track available for sale with all proceeds going towards Joplin relief. Carter Hulsey is selling "Joplin Will Heal" t-shirts to raise money for the town. 100% of the proceeds will go towards the Tornado Disaster Relief/Christ's Church of Joplin for the relief effort.
