Seether Guitarist Explains Exit From Band

(Rock News Desk) Seether guitarist Troy McLawhorn says he didn't want to quit the band but he had no choice due to "personal friction" with one of the other members.

The South African post-grunge outfit announced McLawhorn's decision at the beginning of this month but original statements were neutral, simply referring to "other interests."

But now he's has made a more forthcoming statement explaining: "I won't be at any of the upcoming Seether shows because I have put in my notice that I'm leaving the band. I wish I could stay but because of personal friction with another member I have to leave for my own happiness. I hope everyone understands." more on this story
