Aerosmith Still The Same Idiots?
. Being a part of the Aerosmith team is familiar ground for Douglas he worked on such classic albums as 1974's "Get Your Wings," 1975's "Toys in the Attic," and 1976's "Rocks," as well as 2004's collection of blues standards, "Honkin' on Bobo." The band regrouped with Jack this summer to work on their current album, tentatively due next spring. Douglas hasn't worked on an original Aerosmith album in more than 20 years, and here he shares his thoughts on the process. "Everything's exactly the same," begins Jack. "Nothing has changed. We're all older, but we're still exactly the idiots we were when we started this thing out in the early 70s. We look at each other and laugh the same way and we develop the music the same way."
