(popmusiclife) One Direction's sophomore album "Take Me Home," has debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 albums chart with over 540,000 copies sold.

This makes them the first British band to have their freshman and sophomore albums debut at #1 in the US.

This is the second time this year One Direction made history as their debut album, "Up All Night," entered SoundScan and the Billboard Top 200 Album chart at #1, the first for a British band. more on this story
