FCC Won't Fine NBC For NFL Fans BS Chant Against Refs
. As we previously reported, the crowd in Baltimore erupted in a booming BS chant after believing the replacement refs blew another call. The chant went on for several minutes ... and at one point announcer Al Michaels called it the "loudest manure chant" he ever heard.
