(Radio.com) In the early '00s, Pharrell Williams and the "Neptune sound" created with partner Chad Hugo propelled the duo to the top the charts, producing hits for a wide array of artists ranging from Britney Spears to Clipse.

More than ten years later, Williams is enjoying a career renaissance with 2013 being one of his most successful years to date, working on monster hits by Daft Punk ("Get Lucky") and Robin Thicke ("Blurred Lines").

The producer and vocalist is looking to extend that win streak into 2014 by signing a new solo deal with Columbia Records, with a new album expected sometime next year.

Among the tracks on that upcoming album will include "Happy," originally found on the soundtrack for Despicable Me 2. The song found new life earlier this month when Williams released the world's first 24-hour music video to accompany the track. more on this story
