On Thursday Demi Lovato Previews New Song 'Heart By Heart' was a top story. Here is the recap: (popmusiclife) Demi Lovato is previewing her forthcoming new single, "Heart By Heart." The singer has released a 60-second snippet of the tune, which will be featured on the soundtrack to "The Mortal Instruments: City Of Bones" film, due in theaters August 21.

The soundtrack also features contributions from Jessie J., Zedd, AFI, Colbie Caillat and more. Based on the best-selling novel by Cassandra Clare, the film is about a Brooklyn teen Clary Fray (played by Lily Collins) who learns that she is a member of a race of demon destroyers known as Shadowhunters.

The movie also stars Jamie Campbell Bower, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Lena Headey, Kevin Zegers and Godfrey Gao. Check out the song preview - here.
