Lamb Of God's Randy Blythe Fully Cleared In Manslaughter Case
. The singer had been charged with manslaughter for pushing Nosek from the stage, subsequently spending five weeks in a Czech jail last summer. Blythe was found not guilty by Prague's Municipal court, but the state prosecutor appealed the verdict. He was facing 5-10 years in prison if convicted. "When the verdict was read, that I had been exonerated, I tried my best to act with dignity, to show no emotion," Blythe wrote on his Tumblr after his acquittal in March. "Perhaps one day I will be able to express what I felt when I finally learned I was to remain free, but right now I am still trying to understand it. A fan of my band was dead, and a family had been shattered." more on this story Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
