Megadeth To Donate Concert Proceeds To Oklahoma Tornado Relief

(hennemusic) Megadeth have announced that the proceeds from the band's July 16 Gigantour stop in Oklahoma City will donated to the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma to help those affected by last month's tornadoes that hit the region.

"Many amazing bands have come forward to aid Oklahomans since the May tornadoes came and tore apart their homes and lives," says Dave Mustaine. "Now it's time for Heavy Metal to give to this community!"

In addition to the Gigantour donation from the OKC Zoo Amphitheatre date, Megadeth, members of other bands from the festival, and local celebrities will participate in an All-Star softball game July 15th at the ASA Hall of Fame Complex, with 100% of the proceeds going to the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma. more on this story
