Rolling Stones Ink Deal For 18-Date Arena Tour
. Industry publication Pollstar reports that their sources tell them that the deal has been made and an official announcement is expected in April. Many expected that if the legendary rock band were to launch a tour that it would be produced by Virgin Live who were responsible for the band's 50th anniversary run last fall. Pollstar reports that the band is not interested in performing more than 18 shows or for touring for longer than two months. The plan is reportedly for the band to play in major markets and they will stage multiple nights in some markets, but at this point the details are still being "locked down."
