Macklemore, Justin Timberlake & Taylor Swift Dominate AMA Awards

(Radio.com) Macklemore & Ryan Lewis lead the pack of nominees at this year's American Music Awards. The duo scored six nominations including Artist of the Year, New Artist of the Year and Single of the Year for "Thrift Shop."

With five noms a piece, Taylor Swift and Justin Timberlake came in a close second. The singer earned a nomination for Favorite Female Artist and Favorite Album for Red while JT nabbed Favorite Male Artist Soul/R&B and Favorite Soul/R&B Album for The 20/20 Experience.

Robin Thicke earned himself three nominations including Single of the Year for "Blurred Lines." Country newcomers Florida Georgia Line also garnered three noms including Single of the Year for "Cruise" featuring Nelly and New Artist of the Year, which has them up against Ariana Grande, Imagine Dragons, Mackemore & Ryan Lewis and Phillip Phillips.

This year's awards will also feature a performance from Miley Cyrus with more acts to be announced in the upcoming weeks. The 41st Annual American Music Awards airs November 24 at 8 pm EST on ABC. Check out the full list of nominations.
