Trans-Siberian Orchestra To Play First UK Shows in Three Years

(Classic Rock) Trans-Siberian Orchestra will return to the UK for the first time in three years when they deliver two shows in January, complete with $20million production and 30-piece orchestra.

The band are also poised to release their first-ever compilation album, Tales Of Winter: Selections From The TSO Rock Operas, on November 18. It contains 15 tracks from across their 20-year career.

After that comes a Christmas single, Sarajevo 12/24, on December 16. It's inspired by the story of Vedran Smailovic, known as "the Cellist of Sarajevo," who played his instrument in ruined buildings during the Bosnian War. more on this story
